They're good tips for soothing stress, but like you hint at, they don't really tackle the sources of it. These are for quick, fun relief; going deeper is a whole other topic.

Wow!
I really like the way this is re-done! Very good tips on relaxing. Which Im sure we all could use more of...relaxing, taking the time to do nothing. That's so not the American way! We dont sit and do nothing unless we are waiting for something..like a big mac with cheese...LOL
Still though, we need to breath and do nothing else sometimes, and just maybe we can reap a few of the countless benefits that this action of "non-action" causes on the inside..
Thank's for the great article Steven, I look foreward to putting this into practice and hearing more from you.
Regards,

Ha! I like your spirit. Maybe you could add a touch of sensuality to your huffing and puffing...I bet you'll get some other reaction from your husband, eh?

Thanks Matt.

A heavy bag would be hard to hang in my house; I sure like them when I get my hands on them though.

I tried the huffing and puffing, my husband came into the room thinking I was having a heart attack. So it was stress releasing for me, but maybe you should warn people around you what you are doing!

THanks for the tips!

Very cool tips. For #4, if a person can afford a heavy bag and have the room in their house it is a great way to get out those frustrations.
