The center part of section 2 of Yang Lu-chan form includes a focused examination of cloud hands. Oh, man! there’s no way to exhaust this subject. Cloud Hands is such a fundamental motion that it lurks beneath the surface of many, many motions.
In the form, it’s timed to take place right when we need a touch of Nothing…right when a reminder to look outward into the Great Beyond helps to center and sink the inherent power that’s flowing inside.
