The Martial Arts Part

Big Thanks go out to Master Erle Montaigue for putting together a thorough and potent system of internal arts, and thanks for your impeccable teachings delivered through various media sources. If you haven’t yet, you gotta see his stuff at Erle Montaigue’s Taiji World.

More Big Thanks for Mr. Eli Montaigue‘s impressive talents and generous sharing…he’s been to Utah 3 times in three years, and to Montana in 2010, to teach me and to gift everyone with fantastic and realistic Taijiquan.

All the students in Utah who came to my classes, attend my workshops, and studied intensely and personally with me: you get the big credit. You helped me learn to teach. Your unique talents, difficulties, and histories brought great energies to Utah Taijiquan. Keep it up.

The Healing Arts Part

More details soon: for now, Utah College of Massage Therapy gave me tons of experience healing. Then my practice, which I called Integral Grace back in 1999, offered me lots of clients with various challenges that pushed my skills deeper and further.

My favorite Healer Arts: Cranio-Sacral (or Cranial Sacral) Therapy and Structural Integration (a.k.a. Deep Tissue or Rolfing). They represent two great extremes: light touch and deep touch…perfect for internal arts practitioners.
