Kicks. Preferably from the Old Yang WTBA form.  
How many are there in the form on the basic level?
What are their names? 
What other things can you tell me about them?

There are some lovely kicks in taiji, but they are so often neglected or underdeveloped. In my observation the WTBA Old Yang form has some nice kicks. How, I wonder, are they initiated and with what jings? Where does their power come from?</description>
