The book has no true oral teachings in it, but it is a good book.
It is a complication of published material largely written by Chen Wei-Ming.

The idea that it contains secret teachings is a little misleading sadly the author took great liberties with the title of the book.

There are oral instructions that define the meaning of the 10 items you share, sort of like a set of measures and rules. I like your interpretation too, so I won't bother with exposition about these measures and rules.

Hey these are awesome Steven! Thank you, you're actually right on target for the things Ive been discovering as of late with my own practice. Taiji really is an art of "extreems". to be able to go very fast (efficiently) we must first go very slow . (to understand how to move correctly). In order to be very soft we benefit more from starting with being kind of tense first. I love it. Thanks again I definately look foreward to comming back here for more.
