2010 Western USA WTBA Workshop

2010 [was] my fourth year hosting Mr. Eli Montaigue, Head Instructor of the W.T.B.A. It’s an honor to bring him from across the ocean to the Mountain West, and this year we’ll have some big changes.

Taiji Boxing Workshop

Burly Taiji training: on both days we trained 10am – 5pm with a little break in the middle. We powered through side A of the Cannon Fist Taiji Form; we hammered out 6 Wudang Hand Weapons; and we Pushed Hands (the combat way).
