The 2010 World Taiji Boxing Association Western USA Workshop is ready to go. It’s in Darby, Montana, Thursday through Sunday, September 9 – 12. Each day we’ll practice from 10am to 5pm, with an hour break somewhere in the middle. It’s a great value for so much intense activity because the sheer amount of time we’ll spend immersed in Taijiquan will no doubt enrich any level internal artist.

Burly training, on both days we trained 10am – 5pm with a little break in the middle. We powered through side A of the Cannon Fist Form; we hammered out 6 Wudang Hand Weapons; and we Pushed Hands (the combat way).
